WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION ROOMS
For Wedding Ceremony and Reception rooms, The Elvetham has several elegantly appointed
private rooms which emanate the character and history of the hotel and are available
for each part of your wedding day. From The Library, with walls flanked by original
Victorian bookcases to The Oak Room with its rich oak panelling and ornate fireplace.
All rooms boast views of the estates formal gardens and grounds and lend themselves
effortlessly for weddings of up to 200 guests and as few as 60. For larger weddings,
a luxury Marquee within the gardens will provide ample space for grand celebrations
and receptions of up to 250 guests.
THE OAK ROOM |

With rich oak panelling and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the extensive grounds, The Oak Room
is the perfect location for exchanging vows in front of your family and friends. Civil ceremony
license for up to 120 guests with seating for 114.

THE LIBRARY |

The Library is a grand dining room and lends itself effortlessly to a variety of settings. For the Wedding
Breakfast, up to 114 guests can be seated. For Exclusive Use and Marquee weddings, The Library may also be
used for the Civil Ceremony for up to 200 guests.

THE CONSERVATORY |

This light and airy Conservatory dining room overlooks the formal gardens and grounds.
The Conservatory seats up to 94 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and can accommodate
a variety of table layouts. For Exclusive Use and Marquee weddings, a civil ceremony
can take place in The Conservatory for up to 160 guests.

THE MORNING ROOM |

The Morning Room is perfect for the evening entertainment with ample room for a dance floor and a DJ
or band. The adjoining Drawing Room and Bar provides a quieter area for guests wanting to relax and
come together in the evening.

THE MARQUEE |

For larger numbers a luxury Marquee can be seamlessly linked toThe Conservatory
and can seat up to 250 for dinner and up to 350 for a reception. During the summer
months and with the drapes open, the Marquee makes maximum use of the gardens. During
the winter, starlit linings and the night time gardens are are is the perfect setting
for a Winter Wedding.
