Conference meeting rooms are either traditional in the main building or executive
and modern in the Court Building. Both building’s hotel conference rooms have the
same support facilities and staff, simply a different feel depending on the type
of event the delegates are exposed to. A distraction free environment is typical
throughout so that the work that is trying to be achieved is accomplished.
Syndicate rooms accompany the conference meetings rooms in good proportion so that
break-outs are easy to facilitate for the conference organiser or conference facilitator.
Many of the London, Hampshire, Reading and Berkshire conference venues have some
of the meeting rooms facilities that The Elvetham offers but few offer the space
and surroundings of The Elvetham Conference Hotel.
Capacities of the conference meetings rooms vary depending on layout and the many
options are listed below. Floor plans will assist in decision making and sample
layouts are available on request.
