Assistant Food and Beverage Manager- Salary from £17,000 

We require an Assistant Food and Beverage manager to work within our team of Assistant F&B managers, who all report to the Food and Beverage Manager. 

Together the team is responsible for all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel, including Restaurant, bar, private dining, weddings and corporate functions up to 300.

Straight shifts, Early shift 7am – 3pm, Late 3pm – finish.

The Elvetham Hotel in Hartley Wintney is privately owned and has exceptional standards of customer service, only candidates who can demonstrate that they have the ability to provide polite, friendly yet professional customer service will be considered for the role.

We are looking for a manager who leads by example and has a “hands on” approach to work. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have great communication skills.

Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of one year in a supervisory role and have experience within a 4 or 5 star environment.

Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant required to provide marketing support for The Elvetham Hotel in Hartley Wintney.

Must have experience within the hospitality sector and a minimum of two years Marketing experience.

The successful candidate must be organised, methodical, have the ability to prioritise work and have a good eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can work quickly whilst displaying a calm friendly "can -do " personality.
As the Marketing manager works in both hotels we are looking for someone who works well both on their own and within a small team.

The duties are varied but will include, executing marketing plans, updating social media, writing purchase orders, obtaining and comparing quotes, updating third party web sites, general office assistance, making changes to corporate documents, taking minutes of meetings as well as other duties as instructed.

The role is office hours Monday - Friday and will be based at The Elvetham Hotel in Hartley Wintney You must be able to drive to apply for this role as there may be the requirement to travel to The Petersham hotel or off site meetings on occasion.
