Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced junior sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

Our business is mainly corporate during the week, with 3 weddings most weekends.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a good knowledge of cooking with fresh ingredients and someone who takes pride in what they produce.
Knowledge and experience of banqueting up to 300 would be an advantage.

Straight shifts - 40 hours a week - five days from seven.
Short term live - in may be available with this role.

Salary will be in line with experience


Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required to join our Kitchen team of 9 chefs.

All dishes cooked with fresh ingredients including herbs from our Kitchen garden.
Straight shifts 5 days from 7.
40 hours per week.

Salary will be in line with experience
