Wedding Coordinator

An excellent opportunity to work within this stunning, privately owned hotel organising unique weddings.

This is an exciting and challenging role for someone from a sales background who has a passion for the hospitality industry to work within our Wedding department. The role involves a five day working week with alternate Saturdays in order to meet with clients.

The successful applicant will be a strong and effective organiser, delivering for clients a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations. You will be a capable, yet subtle, sales person with some experience and a proven track record, you will have great attention to detail, determination and a natural friendly, welcoming personality together with a willingness to please.

You will need to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the wedding administration and to deal with guest enquiries and bookings in a professional manner, ensuring accurate booking information is prepared for the operations team.

We will also be seeking evidence of success in a similar sales oriented role.

The role requires that you:-
Ensure all enquiries and show rounds are handled professionally
Positively approach all sales opportunities in order to maximise hotel revenue
Ensure correct charges are in place on all contracts
Deposits and payments are collected on time.
Can demonstrate ownership of problems and decision making
Project a professional image at all times

Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced junior sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

Our business is mainly corporate during the week, with 3 weddings most weekends.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a good knowledge of cooking with fresh ingredients and someone who takes pride in what they produce.
Knowledge and experience of banqueting up to 300 would be an advantage.

Straight shifts - 40 hours a week - five days from seven.
Short term live - in may be available with this role.

Salary will be in line with experience


Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required to join our Kitchen team of 9 chefs.

All dishes cooked with fresh ingredients including herbs from our Kitchen garden.
Straight shifts 5 days from 7.
40 hours per week.

Salary will be in line with experience
