The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with a bright positive personality and great communication skills. Previous hotel reception experience is essential together with knowledge of a computerised Property Management System, preferably guestline.
This role would suit an experienced receptionist looking for their step up into first Head receptionist role as this position will have the support of training and working with our current Front Office manager.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong financial understanding and is capable of working closely with the Sales office to ensure group rates and charges are accurately billed.
Our team of receptionists cover from 7am – 7 pm on a shift basis 5 days from 7.Shifts are usually 7am – 3pm or 11am – 7pm.
Due to our location, 3 miles from Fleet, you must possess your own transport. Short term live-in may be available.

Duties will include checking guests in and out, processing payments, taking telephone bookings and general assistance to our guests. previous customer service or office experience is an advantage but full training will be given.
Must have a friendly, positive, customer focused personality, have the ability to multi - task and stay calm under pressure. Must have excellent IT and computer skills.
Must be able to commit to working every weekend both days, apart from holidays.
