Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a huge thank you to you and all
of the staff at The Elvetham for all your hard work and great service that we
had on the 28th December.
We had a truly amazing day and part of that was down to you and all of the staff.
The service was fantastic - all of our guests commented on how lovely the place
was and what great service they had received. Everything went smoothly on the
day and that was down to the great efforts that all of the staff put in, from setting
out the room to the food and drink we had!
Please could you pass this on to the staff - especially Andy and those who were in
charge on the day and were looking after us on the day.
We are waiting to receive our official photographs which am sure will have some
wonderful shots of the hotel.

We want to thank you properly for the all your help on the run up to our wedding. You
made organising the day so easy and were quick to think of things that we had not thought of.
It was a real pleasure to "work" with you.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble - everyone made it so easy.
Nick was an absolute delight. I just wish I could remember the names of everyone else but it
was such a whirlwind of a day. However, I can say hand on heart that everything down to the
finest detail was thought of and still cannot get over the two members of your staff who were
tasked with following us round with a tray of drinks for the afternoon.

I am the father of Mark Beebe who's wedding was held at you hotel on Saturday 30th
January. Everyone of the 100+ guests that attended the wedding where very impressed
with the venue, but the venue is only part of the day. You staff from top to bottom
are a credit to you and your organisation. The reception staff warm welcoming and
sincere. Not the plastic 'have a nice day' type. The bar and waiting staff were
attentive and friendly. The stars of the day, for me, were your Food and Beverage
Manager Andrew Shaw and Nick, who I believe was the duty manager for the afternoon
and evening. The Oak room for the ceremony and the library where the wedding breakfast
was held were immaculate. Andrew and Nick’s professionalism and attention to detail
in supervising the wedding breakfast and remainder of the day made the whole day
special. I received nothing but praise from our invited guests for the efficiency
of all your staff that added to their enjoyment of the occasion. For me the day
was summed up on Sunday, after breakfast, by the bride’s 82 year old grandmother
who said that the wedding was one of the most memorable days of her life.

I wanted to thank you so much for everything you did for us to make our wedding
perfect.
The team that looked after us during our wedding and weekend stay were incredible.
Our every need was taken care of, the gluten free meals that were prepared and indeed
all of the food was excellent. Our guests enjoyed everything.
We would not change a thing about the day, we had the most perfect wedding and it
really was down to you and everyone at the Elvetham that weekend.

I just wanted to say thank you on behalf of mum, Annika and myself, to you for all
your help in preparing the event and to the staff on the day who were really helpful
and friendly. Sunday went really well and Annika and William had a really enjoyable

a venue booked which you know can make your day as perfect as you have pictured
in your mind. The Elvetham gave me us that reassurance the day that we booked our
wedding date and that reassurance continued throughout the 18 months and also on
the day.
