Tennis & Pickle Ball

Our newly refurbished tennis court is available for guests throughout their stay.

Designed for both seasoned players and those new to the game, the court also features markings for pickleball, a sport growing rapidly in popularity.

Equipment can be rented from reception, and the court is available on a first-come, first-served basis

Croquet

Our well-maintained croquet lawn offers a traditional English pastime in a beautiful outdoor setting.

It’s an ideal way to relax and enjoy some friendly competition during your stay.

Equipment is available to rent from the main reception.

Lawn Games

Take advantage of our beautifully kept grounds with a selection of traditional lawn games. Whether it’s a leisurely afternoon or a sunny morning, these games offer a delightful way to enjoy the Hampshire countryside fresh air.

The Elvetham 5K

Enjoy a scenic 5km walking or running route through the historic grounds of The Elvetham and the surrounding Hampshire countryside. This gentle circular trail is perfect for taking in the fresh air, soaking up the views, and reconnecting with nature, especially for guests staying with their four legged friends.

The route takes around one hour to complete and follows mostly flat terrain, with a few stiles along the way.

The Elvetham Fairy Trail

Wander through the grounds and discover a little magic along the way. The Elvetham Fairy Trail invites younger guests (and the young at heart) to explore hidden corners of the estate where fairies are said to live.

Follow the trail, spot tiny doors and woodland surprises, and enjoy a gentle walk surrounded by nature and imagination.
