Our meeting rooms are a blank canvas for your event. With capacity for up to 200 delegates, our spaces can be adapted and tailored to your needs. The Elvetham is also home to 72 bedrooms, so whether you just want an afternoon away from the office or a training programme that spans several days, we are here to help.

The Main House

The Main House at The Elvetham contains 7 meeting and event spaces that are perfect for up to 120 delegates, please see below for a run down of the meeting and event spaces available.

The Library

Main House

Featuring an ornate stone fireplace, original bookcases and plenty of natural light The Library is the largest of our private function rooms and captivating for any business event.

The Oak Room

Main House

Ideal for presentations, pitches, and small conferences, The Oak Room is a fantastically flexible function space and perfect for anywhere between 23 and 68 delegates.

Located on the first floor of the Main House and full of natural daylight, The Seymour Room is perfect for mid-size meetings and business gatherings of up to 43 delegates.

The Business Centre

Welcome to our Business Centre. This separate building provides 10 dedicated facilities for training, meetings and event spaces that are perfect for 6 - 60 delegates.

The Turf and Syndicate Rooms are ideal for small team briefings and secluded board meetings for up to 12 delegates. Fully equipped with magnetic walls, wall mounted screens and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

I have used The Elvetham for several meetings varying in size, including staying overnight and having breakfast the following day. The Main House and grounds at The Elvetham are available for exclusive-use. Perfect for a completely bespoke business event in the privacy of our gardens and grounds, to the lavish event you have always dreamed of, here at The Elvetham we can make it happen.

    The exclusive-use of The Elvetham includes complete use of all the private rooms in the Main House, 72 bedrooms and 35 acres of surrounding gardens. 

    The fee includes the following:

    • Exclusive use of the Main House
    • Exclusive use of the Court Building
    • Exclusive use of the 35 acre gardens and grounds
    • 72 bedrooms
    • 24 hour reception service
    • Kitchen facilities for internal or external catering
    • Parking for 200 cars
    • Use of kitchen gardens for marquee (if required)
